These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and ttbet11 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://ttbet11.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "the Service").

Each eligible User may register one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you agree to:

ttbet11 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

ttbet11 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, Litecoin). Availability of specific methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (generally MYR 30 for e-wallets and MYR 50 for bank transfers).
• ttbet11 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider and are not reversible once processed.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may not withdraw Real Funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.

ttbet11 offers a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered Users only. Each promotion may be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before any portion may be converted to Real Funds and withdrawn.
• Standard Wagering Requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 25x requirement necessitates MYR 2,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• ttbet11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, reverse any related winnings, or close an Account where it reasonably suspects that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, through coordinated abuse, or in bad faith.
• Bonus Funds that remain unconverted and expire per the stated promotion timeframe will be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Numerical bonus amounts (e.g., MYR 2,688 birthday bonus, MYR 38 referral reward) are illustrative figures and are subject to change at any time. Always refer to the current promotion terms on the Platform for accurate figures at the time of claiming.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering activity on ttbet11:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ttbet11 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed, unless the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out option for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market, game, or event and are displayed at the point of wagering. These limits may be adjusted at ttbet11's discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error resulting in incorrect odds being offered, ttbet11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. Winnings arising from evident pricing errors will not be paid.
• For live sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and UFC events), odds are subject to suspension or change up to the moment a bet is accepted. A displayed odd does not guarantee acceptance until confirmation is received.
• ttbet11 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or any combination of bets placed within a defined period. Such limits are published in the Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems. The Company does not influence or manipulate game results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ttbet11 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use card counting systems, or employ any other strategy that the Company reasonably deems to be fraudulent or in bad faith.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to facilitate, conceal, or launder the proceeds of any illegal activity. ttbet11 complies with international anti-money-laundering (AML) frameworks and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or gaining any unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through coordinated betting strategies, bonus hunting, arbitrage, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with a payment provider while retaining any winnings or bonuses derived from the disputed funds. Any such action will result in immediate Account closure and pursuit of recovery through legal channels.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access another User's Account, the Platform's back-end systems, databases, or any restricted areas of the Site without explicit authorisation.

ttbet11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies published on the Platform.
• At the User's own request, including in connection with a self-exclusion application submitted under our Responsible Gambling policy.

Upon Account closure, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the User via the original payment method. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
